It’s not a statement. It’s a question.
You wake up, have a cup of coffee, you go for a run, shower, dress and got to work.
Lather, rinse and repeat.
Why? Why do you keep repeating the cycle?
Do you need the money? Is it to put food on the table? Is it so you can go to Casual Friday? Or to be there for Friday Doughnuts? For the camaraderie? For the mental stimulation? What? What is it? Better yet, and back to my point, why is it?
Why?
Why do you keep doing it? Or keep doing whatever? Whatever “it” is, why do you keep doing “it”?
I’m sure of one thing about this. The stronger your “why”, the better equipped you will be to achieve your goals.
So, tomorrow, when you are savoring that first cup of coffee, ask yourself, “Why?”
